The 1st batch of Chinese aid was handed over by the Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka to the Health Ministry today (1).
The donation includes 50,000 medical masks, 1008 nucleic acid diagnostic kits (test kits) and supporting equipment including reagent, swabs and tubes. The medical equipment was subject to a quality check by Sri Lankan authorities. The 2nd batch including 10,000 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) & 10,000 test kits have already been dispatched, the Chinese Embassy in Sri Lankan said.1st batch of Chinese aid handed over to Health Ministry
