The Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) would challenge the proposed 20th Amendment to the Constitution at the Supreme Court as soon as it is presented to Parliament.
SJB General Secretary MP Ranjith Madduma Bandara told The Morning that they would be filing a case this week.
“As soon as the 20th Amendment is tabled in Parliament, we will challenge it. Within the week, we will file legal action at the Supreme Court,” MP Madduma Bandara said.
