The proposed new 21st Amendment to the Constitution was today (23) presented to the Cabinet of Ministers.
The 21st Amendment was presented by Justice Minister Wijedasa Rajapakshe.
The proposed piece of legislation will be presented to parliamentary party leaders on Friday (27) and taken up for Cabinet approval next Monday (30).
