Three COVID-19 positive persons have been identified from the Kotagala and Talawakelle areas.
They have been identified from Kotagala Town, Kotagala Drayton and Talawakele Devsiripura villages. It has been revealed that all the infected are connected to the Peliyagoda fish market.
