3 more COVID-19 cases were reported from Poonani quarantine centre (PQC) a short while ago, bringing the number of total cases to 217 in the country, the Health Ministry said.
Earlier today, 4 persons tested positive at PQC while 4 were detected at the same centre yesterday (12).
Sri Lanka has reported 56 recoveries so far, while 117 individuals are currently under observation at selected hospitals.
The country’s death toll stands at 7.
