Consumers will be entitled to a 30-day grace period to settle their water bills, Minister of Water Supply Vasudeva Nanayakkara stated yesterday (6).
This grace period is being provided in consideration of the travel restrictions, as well as the health situation in the country.
The Minister also pointed out that there is a difficulty in obtaining meter readings during this period.
