Police Spokesman DIG Ajith Rohana stated today that police officers in civvies have been deployed to inspect public buses on adherence to quarantine regulations.
About 400 police officers have been deployed for this purpose.
Ajith Rohana said that the police officers were directed to inquire into the compliance of the quarantine rules on the buses and the behavior of the drivers.
