Negombo Crime investigation Bureau has arrested a 42-year-old in Wattala for not paying Customs charges and forging documents, stated Police Spokesman DIG Ajith Rohana today.
The Sri Lankan Airlines Cargo has stated that the released goods were imported from India and they were re-exported by the suspect and accomplices, following which a complaint was filed on 19 January.
