A total of 594 COVID-19 patients were identified yesterday (20). Out of them, 253 were reported from the Colombo district.
The most cases from the Colombo district were reported from the Borella area, with 62 cases, followed by Slave Island, with 30 cases.
A total of 124 COVID patients were reported from the Gampaha district, while 30 of them were reported from the Ragama area.
Further, 62 cases were reported from Kandy, 49 from Kalutara, 16 from
Ratnapura, 15 from Hambantota, 14 from Trincomalee, 13 from Matara and 12 from Kurunegala.
