Arrangements have been made to hold the GCE Advanced Level Examination from October 4 to October 31.
The Year 5 Scholarship Examination 2021 will be held on October 3, said the Secretary of Education, Prof. Kapila Perera.
Earlier in the day, it was decided to hold the examinations on these dates as well. Speaking in Parliament yesterday, the Minister of Education said that a decision would be taken after discussions regarding the postponement or holding of the GCE Advanced Level Examination to be held in October.
The Minister was responding to a question raised by Samagi Jana Balawega MP Buddhika Pathirana in Parliament.
Meanwhile, the practical examinations of the students who sat for the GCE Ordinary Level examination this time will be conducted soon, the Minister said.
