Asian Development Bank (ADB) has agreed to provide USD 85 million to Sri Lanka to reimburse costs of Sinopharm vaccines.
This announcement was made by State Minister of Production, Supply and Regulation of Pharmaceuticals Prof. Channa Jayasumana today (29).
Prof. Jayasumana said that this decision was made by the ADB considering the transparency in purchases and progress of the vaccination programme in Sri Lanka.
