According to the Attorney General’s Coordinating Officer State Counsel Nishara Jayaratne, the Attorney General (AG) has concluded 4,390 criminal cases within the first seven months of 2019.
Jayaratne further noted that the AG’s Department had forwarded 2,901 indictments to the High Court.
