In collaboration with Sofitel Mumbai BKC, celebrity Chefs Vijay Singh and Sanjiv Uniyal will be at the Mövenpick Hotel Colombo cooking up a storm together with Chef Rana, the hotel’s dedicated Indian Chef.
From paneer makhana to Amristari macchi, from tandoori gobi to gosht rogan josh, every dish is an exceptional mix of spices and different cooking techniques. Indian food is admired for its curries and complex flavour pairings.
