Annual transfers of the police department have been postponed by two months, Police Spokesman DIG Ajith Rohana stated.
Transfers were scheduled to take place from 15 January.
The Police Spokesman stated that the IGP has decided yesterday to postpone the transfers until 15 March, in view of the COVID 19 situation in the country.
