Colombo Chief Magistrate Thilina Gamage yesterday (2) ordered the Directors of a private firm believed to have been operating a pyramid scheme, ‘OnmaxDT’, to prepare and submit to the Court a process to pay back the investors who have invested money in the Company.
When this plaint was taken up in Court yesterday, the four Directors of ‘OnmaxDT’ who were released on bail recently also appeared before Court.
The Chief Magistrate issued this order after considering the facts presented before the Court.
