The Youth Leadership Academy (YLA) affiliated to the Bandaranaike Centre for International Studies (BCIS), established under the S.W.R.D. Bandaranaike National Memorial Foundation, commenced its programme recently.
Launched under the theme “Leaders for the 21st Century”, the programme aims to build young leaders who are honest, efficient, and valued. This is a six-month-long weekend course conducted by Dr. Sunil Wijesiriwardena and corporate trainer and consultant Dhammika Kalapuge.
