To avail this offer, cardmembers simply need to use their Nations Trust Bank American Express Cards for Rs. 20,000 or more (or its equivalent in a foreign currency) in a single transaction and then request via the American Express contact centre for the transaction to be converted into a 20-month instalment payment plan.
