British Instagram activist under the name 'Kayzfraser' on Instagram claims that her passport has been confiscated by the Sri Lanka Immigration Authorities.
The young British national who is residing in Colombo had been closely following and covering the 'Gotagogama' protests and actively sharing content on her personal instagram account.
According to her instagram account post, officials from the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) and Department of Immigration and Emmigration had arrived at her residence and had attempted to intimidate her and later confiscated her passport.
