With the Chinese new year around the corner, The Kingsbury recently geared up for celebratory preparations as it hosted the Chinese New Year Food Festival at Yue Chuan, its award-winning Chinese restaurant. Hosted to welcome the year of the pig, patrons both local and foreign can indulge themselves in delectable dishes from an enticing menu prepared by Chef Cui.
The menu comprised mouth-watering dishes such as Bok Choy with mushroom, Tuna Sashimi, vegetable dumplings, braised yellow fish, garlic steam prawn and Xinjiang style lamb.
