Mindful Eating at Hilton Colombo

With the dawn of a new year there is no better time than the present to adapt a healthier lifestyle. Including more protein, vegetables, fruits, and eating less carbs, sugars, as well as having dinner four hours before going to sleep at night, are a few healthier options to get things started. This in mind, the Hilton Colombo is introducing a new concept, “Mindful Eating”, at their all-day-dining restaurant Graze Kitchen, encouraging diners to eat early with a “one-for-one” offer between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. “This limited offer is from 22 to 31 January and we hope this will contribute to making that all important lifestyle change,” said their Marketing Communications Manager Gigi De Silva.
