The Cabinet of ministers has today approved the proposal submitted to develop the East Container Terminal (ECT) at the Colombo Port solely under the Sri Lanka Ports Authority (SLPA) management, sources said.
Further information on the issue and the decision would be revealed at tomorrow's Cabinet briefing, they said.
