The Cabinet of Ministers has yesterday (09) to extract sand from 61 square kilometers of off-shore areas.
This proposal was tabled by the Prime Minister and Minister of Urban Development and Housing.
The decision was taken after the requirement of reserving an offshore area for extraction of sand arose.
