The Colombo High Court Trial-at-Bar has served charges on former Inspector General of Police (IGP) Pujith Jayasundera and former Defence Secretary Hemasiri Fernando over the Easter Sunday terror attacks.
Accordingly, the charges are said to be over the negligence of the duo's duties with regard to the prevention of the Easter Sunday attacks.
The next hearing of the case will be on November 22.
