Manusath Derana, a charity associated with the Derana media organization, has handed over 6 fully refurbished ambulances to the Health Ministry today (30).
Prior to the refurbishments, the ambulances were in a dilapidated and non functional state.
The addition of these ambulances into the national fleet of emergency response vehicles addresses the need of the hour, as Sri Lanka continues to fight a battle with the Covid-19 pandemic.
