Coronavirus cases have more than doubled in locked-down Shijiazhuang in China where travel out has been banned after the new outbreak, Daily Mail reported
Shijiazhuang, a city of 11 million people, has locked down all residential compounds, shut schools and banned public gatherings after reporting over 100 COVID-19 cases, according to authorities.
The cases in Shijiazhuang, the capital of northern China's Hebei Province which surrounds Beijing, are the highest numbers seen in China in over five months.
