Three former directors of Swarnamahal Jewellers Ltd have been arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) on charges of running an unauthorised finance establishment, the Attorney General’s Coordinating Officer said.
Accordingly, former Swarnamahal directors Jeewaka Edirisinghe, Anjalee Edirisinghe and Asanka Edirisinghe have been arrested by the CID under the directions of the AG.
