It was decided earlier today (28) that the Court of Appeal will start afresh on the case pertaining to illegal settlements of people near the Wilpattu National Reserve.
The Appeal Court will hear the case Minister Rishard Bathiudeen from 31 July who was accused of clearing forest area to resettle families.
