Kaduwela Magistrate’s Court has issued an order for the arrest of Frontline Socialist Party (FSP) Propaganda Secretary Duminda Nagamuwa, and four others.
The FSP members are accused of engaging in unruly behaviour in front of the court premises.
The Kaduwela Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday (9) filed a complaint with the Police against the party members, pointing out that the conduct of the FSP members is defamation of justice.
Nagamuwa and four others were arrested by the Police in July for organising a protest at Ramanayake Mawatha in Slave Island, violating the quarantine order in place at the time, and later released on bail.
