The number of COVID-19 deaths reported in the country increased to 137 today following the confirmation of seven more deaths by the Health Services Director General.
The victims were a 92-year-old male from Bandaragama, a 53-year-old male prisoner who passed away on December 1, a 56-year-old female from Dematagoda, a 81-year-old female from Bandaragama, a 84-year-old female from Colombo 13, a 66-year-old inmate at Welikada Prison who passed away on December 2 and a 62-year-old female from Wellampitiya.
