3 more patients have tested positive for COVID-19 as at 4 pm today, bringing the number of total cases to 170 in the country, Health Ministry said.
The total number of recovered patients stands at 29, while more than 270 individuals are currently under observation at selected hospitals.
Sri Lanka has reported 5 deaths so far.
