A special ambulance service is set to be launched today (20) in isolated areas within the limits of the Colombo Municipal Council (CMC).
The Director General of Health Services said this ambulance service will be in operation from today onwards.

In addition, the CMC is carrying out free-of-charge mobile clinics for people under quarantine in urban flats located within its administrative limits.
The CMC also introduced multiple hotlines last week, for people residing in its area to seek free medical consultations.
