The two convicts say if Royal Park murder convict could be granted a presidential pardon, they too should be granted the same.
last Saturday(9), The Commissioner General of Prisons T.M.J.W.Thennakoon said the Prisons Department received presidential pardon documents signed by President Maithripala Sirisena for the release of Royal Park murder convict Shramantha Jayamaha.
Jayamaha was sentenced to death for brutally murdering 19 year old Swedish-Sri Lankan national Yvonne Johnson at the Royal Park condominium in June 2005.
