The decision to hear the revision application filed by the Attorney General, against granting bail to former Health Minister Dr. Rajtitha Senaratne will be notified on January 21.
This was stated by the Colombo High Court when the case was taken up today.
Senaratne was arrested late last month and remanded over the controversial “white van” press conference organized by him in November.
On 30 December , Colombo Magistrate’s Court ordered the release of Senaratne on bail.

The decision to hear the revision application filed by the Attorney General, against granting bail to former Health Minister Dr. Rajtitha Senaratne will be notified on January 21.
