A total of 453 arrests have been made islandwide with regard to election law violations, The Morning learnt.
According to the Police Media Division, 365 complaints involving election law infringements have been reported up till yesterday (4).
Among those arrested are seven political candidates contesting today’s (5) parliamentary election.
In addition, 137 vehicles have also been confiscated along with the arrest, The Morning further learnt.
