The Elpitiya Pradeshiya Sabha voting process began at 7:00 am today (October 11) in over 47 polling centres. According to Police media spokesperson SP Ruwan Gunasekara  special security has been arranged at the polling stations. All schools of the Elpitiya Pradeshiya Sabha electorate will remain closed today.
