The Excise Department has announced the updated tax rates on liquor
They are as follows:
Local Extra Special Arrack - Rs. 96.14 increase
Other local Arrack - Rs. 103.73 increase
Foreign Liquor - Rs. 127 increase
Beer (less than 5 alcohol) - Rs. 3.10 increase
Beer (more than 5% alcohol) - Rs. 14 increase
