Following a series of petitions that were filed today (15) before the Supreme Court with regard to the Port City Economic Commission Bill, a five Judge Bench is set to hear these petitions on Monday (19).
The Judge Bench will comprise of Chief Justice Jayantha Jayasuriya, Justice B. P. Aluwihare, Justice Priyantha Jayawardena, Justice Murdu N. B. Fernando and Justice Janak De Silva.
