Former Defence Secretary Hemasiri Fernando, who was remanded over the Easter Sunday attacks has been granted bail by the Colombo High Court.
On the 3rd of February, the Colombo Additional Magistrate HIA Kahiyangala ordered Fernando and suspended IGP Pujith Jayasundara to be further remanded until 5th February.
