The National Police Commission Secretary and former Additional Defense Secretary, Saman Dissanayake's anticipatory bail application had been rejected by the Colombo Fort Magistrate.
Dissanayake had filed the anticipatory bail application seeking a court order to be released on bail if he was to be arrested for the Avant Garde illegal floating armoury case.
