The Fundamental Rights Application filed against the Acting President Ranil Wickremasinghe challenging his appointment as a National list MP was dismissed today by the Supreme Court bench comprising of Justice Amarasekara, Justice Shiran Gooneratne and Justice Janak de Silva.
Amongst other grounds Court held that the Petitioner has suppressed material facts and was out of time in filing the Application.
