The Fundamental Rights (FR) petitions filed by Ministers Vasudeva Nanayakkara, Udaya Gammanpila and Wimal Weerawansa over the Yugadanavi power generation plant are unconstitutional says the Attorney General today (17).
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court concluded its 2nd day for the consideration of FR petitions filed against the Yugadanavi power plant agreement.
The next date set for consideration is the 10th January 2022.
