The Minister of Foreign Affairs Prof. G.L. Peiris, signed the book of condolence opened following the demise of the President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, at the residence of the Ambassador of UAE in Colombo on 15 May, 2022.
This was made known via a media release by the Foreign Ministry today (16).
Foreign Minister Peiris conveyed the deepest condolences of President Gotabaya Rajapaksa, the Government and the people of Sri Lanka on the demise of President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
