The government has decided to award petrol and diesel contracts for an eight month period to Petrochina International (Singapore) Pte Ltd and Swiss Singapore International.
Accordingly, Ceylon Petroleum Corporation(CPC) will purchase 520,000 barrels of diesel (0.05 percent sulfour), and 680,000 barrels of 92-Octane petrol from Petrochina International (Singapore) Pte Ltd.
The contract will run from March 05, 2020 to November 14, 2020.
