The Attorney General has informed the Supreme Court that there is no decision to sign the Millennium Challenge Corporation(MCC) agreement.
The Attorney General has further said that the $480 Mn MCC agreement is set to be reviewed by the government.
The Government's decision was conveyed by Deputy Solicitor General Farzana Jameel when the Fundamental Rights (FR) petitions filed against the MCC agreement were taken up today.
