Minister of Economic Reforms and Public Distribution Harsha de Silva says Democratic National Front (DNF) presidential candidate Sajith Premadsa will appoint a relatively young non-corrupt member of the party as Prime Minister, if voted into power.
He was speaking to reporters in Colombo today.
"Once Sajith Premadsa becomes President he will appoint an efficient, non-corrupt, experienced set of professionals to the cabinet. We will not in any case accept individuals with corruption allegations," Silva further pointed out.
DNF candidate Premadasa has been avoiding media questions as to whom he would appoint as Prime Minister, if he secures a win at the presidential polls this November.
