Colombo High Court issued an arrest warrant for Avant-Garde Chairman, Nissanka Senadhipathi and Retired Major General, Palitha Fernando for evading courts over the alleged allegations of operating a floating armoury.
Attorney General, Dappula de Livera last month directed the Acting IGP to arrest Senadhipathi and seven others, following CID information that two suspects including Senadhipathi had left the country.
