The Colombo Chief Magistrate today ordered IGP Pujith Jayasundara and former Defence Secretary Hemasiri Fernando to be further remanded until 6 November.
The Colombo High Court on 9 Oct dismissed bail granted by the Colombo Magistrates Court to Jayasundara and Fernando.
Following the Colombo High Court’s decision Colombo Magistrate Lanka Jayaratne issued an order to remand Jayasundara and Fernando until 23 Oct.
