The highest number of COVID patients have been identified in the Gampaha district, with 94,while the highest number was reported from the Katunayake area, with 47.
Overall, there were 286 patients identified yesterday, and 59 were reported from Colombo.
In Colombo, the highest number of patients were reported from Hanwella, with 15.
Meanwhile, 12 local arrivals from abroad had also tested positive.
There were 9,716 PCR tests conducted yesterday.
