Jayantha De Silva was appointed Chairman of the Information and Communication Technology Agency of Sri Lanka (ICTA) today (19).
He is the Co-founder and Managing Director of IFS Sri Lanka and is presently a Board Member for IFS Research & Development Sri Lanka. IFS is a leading global enterprise software solution provider.
De Silva counts over three decades of experience in the IT industry. He is a Past Chairman of Sri Lanka Association of Software & Service Companies (SLASSCOM), Past Chairman, of BCS Sri Lanka and a Past President Sri Lanka Export Association (SEA).
