President Ranil Wickremesinghe has informed Speaker of Parliament Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena that the IMF Staff Level Agreement is not the final agreement.
He made this statement in Parliament today [22].
He further noted that Cabinet and Opposition will be briefed on the agreement after the Creditors’ report is also added and approved by the IMF Board.
